Laptops used for movie watching don’t have to include high-performance components. But, they should offer decent screens with wide viewing angles, such as IPS panels.

For professional content creation such as high-resolution photo and video editing or music production, a laptop with high performance is recommended. However, for occasional light content creation tasks like 1080p video and basic photo editing, mid-range performance is sufficient, too. In both cases, laptops used for visual content creation should have at least decent screens.

15.6-inch is traditionally the most popular laptop screen size by far. But, it is being gradually replaced by the 16″ diagonal. Both 15.6″ and 16″ provide a lot of screen real estate while avoiding the bulkiness of 17.3″ laptops.

Full HD (FHD) is the most common laptop screen resolution today. It offers good image sharpness and a decent amount of screen space for the user interface and applications. The AMD Ryzen 5 7520U is a mid-range laptop processor with 4 cores, designed for smooth everyday tasks like web browsing, office work, and streaming. It can boost up to 4.3 GHz, making it a relatively fast CPU, but it is slower than the similar AMD Ryzen 5 7530U.
Graphics

Typical for integrated graphics processors, the AMD Radeon 610M offers basic graphics and game rendering performance. Furthermore, the 610M is weaker than other IGPs like the Radeon 660M from the same family. This means the 610M is suitable only for the lightest games.
RAM Size
